Some managers expect you to stay online & work until it is met (which is understandable) - even if it is over your 8 hrs. And sometimes it feels like some management may not understand this, as they have not had to worry about meeting production in several years. So, one project you could get double or almost triple your quota for the day, but the next project, you could struggle to just meet it. Productivity sometimes - your "quota" stays the same (once you are finished w/ training), regardless of the project difficulty. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
